Pre Pregnancy Class
Having a baby is a unique and beautiful experience of the world. Every couple has this beautiful desire in their heart, to conceive, create their bundle of joy .
Early Pregnancy Class
. Early Pregnancy ( Prenatal, Antenatal ) Classes aim to debunk age-old myths and provide time-tested and reliable information on labor and childbirth.
Labor Management Class
For most pregnant women, even if you are a second-time mommy, the labor and Childbirth process can be both terrifying and joyful.
Newborn Care
The newborn baby depends on the mother for love, comfort, feeding, and sleep. As your child grows, there will be instances that you, as parents, would appreciate some guidance on how to handle them.
Breast Feeding Class
Breastfeeding is an art in itself and requires more of persistence and practice. Mother feeding can be healthy and comforting, but it is not always easy, especially while recovering from labor and Childbirth.
Couple Goals
Introducing Solids to your baby can be very exciting but you'll probably have lots of questions. As infants grow, they need strong food to get adequate supplements for their development and improvement.
